At Hat’s, we understand the importance of sweet treats, which is why we’ve brought in a true cake enthusiast to lead our team of 22 pastry artisans. Jean-Paul Vanroy, a master pastry chef, and his team create unique creations every day, using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. We conduct numerous experiments each week to ensure that innovation and creativity remain at the heart of our craft. Our team of bakers consists of five dedicated individuals who work tirelessly every day to prepare the dough for all our creations. All of our doughs are made in-house using high-quality raw materials for the best possible quality and taste.
